The TAN number is a 10-digit alphanumeric code. The first 4 digits of Tan number are capital letters of the alphabet and the 5th to the 9th digit is numerical.   • Central and state government

  1. Select your state from the given drop down list
  2. You can then opt to search via Name or TAN
  3. Enter your full name or the TAN number according to your preference
  4. Enter the captcha code as it appears onscreen
  5. Click on “Search” to generate your results
